The owner of this Canton Condo was stressed out and was facing the real possibility of foreclosure.  A series of unfortunate events made it impossible for the owner to afford the condo any longer.  With the decline of home and condo prices over the past few years the owner owed much more than the current market value of this condo and was not able to refinace.
